Changes to Medicare Advantage Plans and Part D drug plans may be made from October 15th through December 7th 2015.

The changes become effective January 1st, 2016.

If you have a Medigap policy (aka Medicare Supplement) such as a Plan F, N, or G, you may switch any time of year if you qualify.
